Refund policy
Uk Returns:
You have 28 days to return your order back to us. Request a return within 14 days of your order date, a return label will be emailed to you, you then have a further 14 days to send this back to us for a refund or a store credit.
Simply drop the package off at your nearest drop off point.
Uk returns will be subject to a £3 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. If you select store credit, the return shipping fee will be waived and you can use your store credit at anytime without an expiration date.
Outbound shipping fees when applicable from the original order are not refundable.
Important notice:
Products must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, free from stains or odours, with all tags attached, and in the original SlimlineUK box provided. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package.
We ask that you wear underwear when first trying on your purchase for hygiene reasons.
Waist Trainer Returns:
For waist trainers, returns will not be accepted if the item shows any signs of use, including (but not limited to):
- Stretched warped boning
- Creasing or fabric stretching (especially near closure areas)
- Stains, marks, or odours
Simply trying on the waist trainer to check sizing will not cause these issues. Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use or do not comply with these conditions.
Returns on sale items are also accepted. Please follow the above procedure.
Return Request:
To initiate your return, please email returns@slimlineuk.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
International returns are accepted. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
- For Faulty items, please send us an email within 5 days of receiving the faulty item detailing the fault before sending this back to us.
Refunds
All refunds are processed into original payment method. Refund process might take 5-7 business days upon package arrival to our return department + your banks handling time.
